1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You raise the return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of wear or usage
  • Products purchased under discounts, sales, or special offers (unless damaged or defective)
  • Customized or made-to-order items

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  2. Share your Order ID, product photo, and the reason for return.
  3. Our team will verify and confirm the return process.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If the item was returned due to damage or our fault, we’ll also refund your shipping charges (if applicable).

5. Exchange Option

In case you’d prefer an exchange over a refund (for size or product change), we’ll be happy to arrange that—subject to availability.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us quickly if you need to cancel your order.
