Refund policy

1. Exchange Eligibility

We accept Exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item is damageddefective, or incorrect.
  • You raise the echange request within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is unusedunworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of wear or usage
  • Products purchased under discounts, sales, or special offers (unless damaged or defective)
  • Customized or made-to-order items

 

3. How to Initiate a Return Cum Exchange

To request a exchange:

  2. Share your Order ID, product photo, and the reason for exchange.
  3. Our team will verify and confirm the Replacement process.

Once approved, you will be guided on how to exchange the item.

 

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund process basis of case to case scenrio. We work with No refund and No return policy. 
  • Once we receive and inspect the exchange item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

5. Exchange Option

In case you’d prefer an exchange over a refund (for size or product change), we’ll be happy to arrange that—subject to availability.

 

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us quickly if you need to cancel your order

 

Don’t Share OTP and No advance pay for COD orders. Beware of scammers and fraud callers. Don’t visit any other website for customer complaints or return process. We are not responsible for any scam/fraud attempt. 

Note: Please make a video before unboxing the parcel. It helps to get a refund or replacement of a product faster.
